Our patch
We work a deliberately tight area. Short journeys between visits are what make reliable call times possible — so we would rather cover three places properly than ten badly.
Village care across the district. Rural rounds take longer, so we plan visits in geographic clusters and tell you honestly what is realistic.

Not on the list? It is still worth calling. We can sometimes take packages just outside the patch depending on staffing, and if we genuinely cannot help we will say so rather than string you along.
