Care work, without being set up to fail.
We are a small, new provider in Cirencester and Swindon. That means you will know the person who manages you, and you will not be sent to a call you have not been prepared for.

Pay and hours
Hourly rate
Above the National Living Wage. We are confirming the exact rate and will publish it here rather than ask you to enquire.
Mileage
Paid for travel between calls. Rate being confirmed and will be published here.
Contract
Zero-hours
We are honest about this. Hours are matched to the packages we have been commissioned to deliver, and we will not promise you hours we cannot fill.
The job
What the work actually involves
Visiting people in their own homes to help with washing, dressing, medication, meals and getting out. Some visits are half an hour, some are longer. Most people you see regularly, which is the point — continuity is what makes the job work.
You will record every visit, watch for changes in someone’s health, and raise concerns straight away. You will never be asked to do a task you have not been trained and assessed for.

Training
You are trained before you go out
Everyone completes a structured induction before delivering any care, then shadows experienced staff. Care duties are only allocated once competence is confirmed.
- Care Certificate
- Completed within the first 12 weeks of employment.
- Safeguarding Adults
- Completed at induction, before any unsupervised visit.
- Moving and Handling
- Practical assessment, refreshed annually.
- Medication Support
- Role dependent, and competency assessed before sign-off.
- Infection Prevention and Control
- Completed at induction and refreshed annually.
- Health and Safety
- Completed at induction.
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Completed at induction.
Support
How you are supported
- Formal supervision at least quarterly
- Annual appraisal linked to a personal development plan
- Competency assessments and spot checks — support, not surveillance
- An open-door culture where raising a concern is expected, not risky
- Flexible working where it is operationally possible
- Clear routes to senior responsibility as the service grows
Applying
How recruitment works
- Values-based interview — we are looking for reliability and kindness, not a CV full of care experience
- Right to Work check, in line with Home Office requirements
- Enhanced DBS check, completed before you start any duties
- Employment history and two professional references verified
- All decisions reviewed and authorised by the Registered Manager
No care experience? Still worth talking.
We recruit on values and train the rest. If you are reliable, kind and can get around the patch, we would like to hear from you.
