Homecare in Gloucestershire & Wiltshire

Care that lets you stay where you are.

Visiting care, overnight support and live-in care, planned around one person’s day and delivered by carers you get to know.

How care is delivered

Three ways we help

Most people start with visiting care and change as things change. Nothing here is fixed — we review it with you.

Visiting care

Planned visits at agreed times, from a short call to several hours a day.

What this includes

  • Call times agreed with you in writing before care starts
  • The same small team of carers wherever possible
  • Support with washing, dressing and getting ready for the day
  • Meal preparation and help with drinking enough

Overnight care

A carer in the home through the night, either sleeping in or awake.

What this includes

  • Sleeping nights, where the carer rests but is there if needed
  • Waking nights, where the carer stays up throughout
  • Help getting to and from bed, and to the toilet in the night
  • Repositioning and continence support

Live-in care

A carer living in the home, providing support through the day and night.

What this includes

  • One carer who knows the household and its routines
  • Support with personal care, meals and medication
  • Help staying part of the local community
  • Planned breaks with a familiar replacement carer

Why we are different

Our care is led by a nurse, not a call centre.

Esther is a UK-registered nurse in active clinical practice. She assesses every new package herself, writes the care plan with you, and holds clinical responsibility for medication, risk and safeguarding.

In a small provider that is unusual. It is the reason we can take on people with more complex needs, and the reason a district nurse or a discharge team can talk to us directly.

What happens next

How care starts

Five steps from the first phone call to the first visit, with the timescales we work to.

  1. You call us

    Same day

Tell us what is going on. We will say honestly whether we can help, and if we cannot, we will point you somewhere that can.

  2. We visit and assess

Within 2 to 3 working days

Our Registered Manager visits at home to understand what is needed, what the risks are, and what the person actually wants.

  3. We agree a care plan

Within 2 working days of the visit

We write the plan with you, not for you. It sets out the visits, the times, the tasks and the costs, and you keep a copy.

  4. We match your carers

    Before care starts

We introduce the small team who will be visiting, so the first day is not a stranger at the door.

  5. Care starts, and we review it

    First review within 6 weeks

We check in during the first week, then review formally. If something is not working, we change it.

Thinking about care work?

We pay above minimum wage, train you properly, and do not send you to a call you have not been prepared for.
