Dementia care
Familiar faces and steady routines for people living with dementia.

What this includes
- The same carers as far as we can manage, because familiarity matters
- Routines built around what the person is used to
- Support that works with the person's reality rather than correcting it
- Watching for changes and raising them early
- Practical guidance for family carers
Who this suits
People at any stage of dementia who are still living in their own home.
How it is planned and reviewed
Our Registered Manager assesses at home before anything starts, and writes the care plan with you. It sets out the visits, the times, the tasks and the cost, and you keep a copy.
We check in during the first week and review formally within six weeks. You do not have to wait for a review to change something — tell us and we will change it.
